Pizzas from our wood-burning oven
Our Wood Burning Pizza Oven was built in 1997 from heat resistant concrete and blocks. The oven is kept constantly at a temperature of 500-550F by burning oak and other hardwoods which is fed through the front by a long handled shovel. This ensures the maximum flavor and crispiness for every Pizza we make. It can hold up to 10 large Pizzas at once and cooking time is between 7-10 minutes. Be sure to take a look at the oven and pizza making process using our own homemade dough and Brick Oven pizza sauce.

Founded in 2012 by Phil & Sue Cullen, Mountain Man Brewing was West Corks first entry to the Irish craft beer scene. At Mountain Man, they don't take themselves too seriously and want people to experience something more than just a beer.
WEST CORK BREWING CO. (CRAFT BEERS)
The West Cork Brewing Co. is the brainchild of three local childhood friends from Baltimore and Skibbereen - Dominic Casey, Henry Thornhill and Kevin Waugh (that's them on the bottle!) and is brewed in Caseys Hotel, Baltimore. Each batch is hand brewed by Kevin, using spring water and traditional methods. All beers stocked are vegan friendly as only carrageenan moss is used to aid in clarification.
